Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We store a display name, avatar, and optional Venmo/Cash App handles you provide.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous analytics about how you use the app (pages visited, features used) to improve the product. We do not sell this data.
Push Notification Tokens: If you opt in to push notifications, we store your device push subscription to send tournament alerts and match updates.
Grain Golf integrates with third-party services for data and functionality:
Your data is stored securely on Neon Postgres (hosted by Vercel) with encrypted connections. We use HTTPS for all communications. Passwords are never stored — we use Google OAuth exclusively.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@graingolf.live. We will delete your data within 30 days of the request.
Grain Golf is rated 17+ and is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 17.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or email.
